This project aims to manage social media on the Instagram account @indihomecare and Twitter account @IndiHomeCare. @indihomecare is a customer service account owned by Indihome. It’s aims to maintain good relations with customers and providing helpful information in solving problems faced by customers. I carried out this project while still an internship in the Digital Content Services division of Good News From Indonesia as an intern graphic designer.
Task
In this project I got the responsibility as an intern graphic designer. I am tasked with designing daily design needs such as promotional content, quizzes, trivia, soft selling, hard selling, and product information.
